Ken Mehlman reveals he is gay

Former Republican National Committee chairman Ken Mehlman has officially “come out” after announcing that he is gay.

Mehlman, in an interview with The Atlantic, revealed that he is gay and is only recently able to talk about it publicly. He told journalist Marc Ambinder: “It’s taken me 43 years to get comfortable with this part of my life. Everybody has their own path to travel, their own journey and for me over the past few months, I’ve told my family, friends, former colleagues and current colleagues and they’ve been wonderful and supportive.”

Ken Mehlman says he will now work for gay rights and plans on advocating same-sex marriage.

    lol, he wants to advocate single sex marrages, which is crazy in the cristian country with big number of religious people. this kind of popularity he got will no work good for him.
