Katy Perry performed her hit California Gurls on The Today Show this morning as well as the hit that made her a star, I Kissed a Girl.

Yeah, like you haven’t heard that one enough times, heh. She did mix it up a little – she did a sort of bizarre remix of the song. It kinda sucked, but then again I hate that fricking song.

It’s kinda funny, during the end of California Gurls Katy asks the audience to sing along, and I don’t think anyone stepped up to the plate! Katy is annoying and all but I like watching her perform. Don’t ask me why.

    I totally Love Katy Perry. She’s so cute, young, and pretty and has so much energy & talent!! I know she was disappointed not to see Matt Lauer, but she enjoyed being in New York and entertaining the people. If I were younger, I would love to hang out with her, because she seems like a real “fun Loving” girl, and a total California Girl (gurl). Thanks for having her on your show, and hope she comes back again soon. She made my whole day just to see her!!
