Is Zsa Zsa Gabor to be plastinated?

Zsa Zsa Gabor’s husband Frederic von Anhalt has said that he would like his wife’s body plastinated after she dies.

What exactly is plastination? It’s a process where the muscles and tendons of a body are left intact and preserved by replacing water and fats with certain plastics. German anatomist Gunther von Hagens is known for such displays of the human body during his controversial world exhibits of plastinated people.

“My wife has always dreamed that her beauty would be immortal,” Frederic von Anhalt said, “I would like to show the plastinated body of Zsa Zsa Gabor in the context of a scene in one of her films.”

The woman is not even dead yet and her husband is already making such gruesome plans? A bit odd and morbid, wouldn’t you say?

    I am so sad that this amazing woman, at the end of her life, has this sick excuse for a man making decisions for her. How undignified an end for poor Zsa Zsa and how sad her child will have to witness what this crazy twit is planning for her. I can’t even imagine how upset Francesca is about this, when she’s dealing with her mother’s illness. What is he going to do charge admission and make money on her plasticized corpse? I hope she made provisions for herself and an attorney can step in before this happens.
