Who Won Bachelor Pad?
The season finale of ABC’s Bachelor spinoff was Monday night – so who won Bachelor Pad?
Dave and Natalie won the votes from the ex-contestants on Bachelor Pad by an astounding 8 – 4. Were you as shocked as I was?! Dave wasn’t exactly Mr. Nice Guy, especially not compared to Kipton. And even though Tenley’s bubbly, goody-two-shoes personality got to be a bit much at times, I liked her more than I liked Natalie, who hooked up with both Jessie B. and Dave during Bachelor Pad.
During the Bachelor Pad finale, the show made both finalists, Dave and Natalie, write one word down behind closed doors. “KEEP” meant they wanted to keep the entire $250,000 for themselves, “SHARE” meant they would split the money evenly. If one person selected “KEEP”, that person would get to keep the prize in it’s entirely. If both chose “KEEP”, the money would be split among the losing contestants of Bachelor Pad. And finally, if both chose “SHARE” they would indeed split the Bachelor Pad cash prize of $250,000.
To me it seemed obvious how this would end. They would both choose “SHARE,” right?
Dave showed his decision first. “SHARE.” Natalie looked mortified. She asked, “Can I say something?” After Bachelor Pad host Chris warned her she couldn’t give away her final answer, she continued, “I think we all said get your friends as far as you can, and the only time to get selfish is when you’ve got your friends as far as you can get them.” Then she showed her answer.
“SHARE.”
That was some good acting, at the last minute I thought she was going to screw Dave over, which really would have been hilarious. But no, it ended on an obvious note.
So Natalie and Dave both won Bachelor Pad, walking away with a cool $125,000.
Would you have voted for Kiptyn and Tenley – or Dave and Natalie?
I would have for sure voted for kypton because he’s so fine!!
