Paris Hilton’s Japan Smackdown

Paris Hilton detained in Japan

Paris Hilton has traveled to Japan, but the country is unwilling to allow her into the country.

Once she landed, Paris Hilton was detained and questioned by Japanese authorities regarding her recent guilty plea to cocaine charges in Las Vegas.

Paris is currently staying at an airport hotel until Japan decides what to do – or she can return back to the United States.

Paris Hilton’s publicist spoke with TMZ on the matter: “Paris Hilton was delayed by immigration authorities at a Japanese airport this evening after arriving for business obligations planned many months earlier. Paris was contractually bound to her business trip and didn’t want to let down her brands and many Asian fans.”

I’ll update the story once we find out the verdict…

Japan & England have very strict policies about convicted drug users coming into their countries. Any felony it could take years to be able to get permission, even though she got the lesser charge. She was planning to go to Maylasia too which hangs you if you are found with drugs. I’ve been there and it’s a death penalty for any drugs! They aren’t allowing her entry, why didn’t she check all of this out before paying 30k to learn the hard way? What I find HILARIOUS is the private plane company would have known this, and yet they said nothing knowing they would be able to make money on the charter she ordered. She’s an idiot. A druggie idiot.

Hats off to immigration officials for doing their job and enforcing the law. By doing the proper checks they were able to intercept a foreign drug user before she could become just another illegal alien with a criminal record.
