Katy Perry too sexy for Sesame Street?

Katy Perry filmed a segment for Sesame Street featuring Elmo where she sang a modified version of her hit, Hot & Cold.

For reasons that I cannot understand, parents are wiggin’ out about Katy Perry’s Sesame Street performance.

Of course TMZ is stoking the fire, saying that parent’s comments about the Sesame Street video clip have all been about Katy Perry’s boobs!

For example:

– “You can practically see her t*ts. That’s some wonderful children’s programming.”
– “they’re gonna have to rename it cleavage avenue”
– “my kid wants milk now”

First of all TMZ, those are YouTube comments, and it seems internet trolls are the ones commenting, not parents. Secondly, the video is NOT controversial, Katy Perry is suited just fine for Sesame Street if you ask me. Her boobs are not hanging out, she is not dressed inappropriately and she is not acting in a sexually suggestive manner, so I don’t get it. Come on, Sesame Street, don’t cower to the trolls – or TMZ. It’s a cute clip and you should run it.

(Thank gawd the children don’t know about Katy Perry and Russell Brand doing the nasty, because, well, that’s gross.)
