Lindsay Lohan’s Calm Before the Storm

Lindsay Lohan shops in West Hollywood on Wednesday in a possible attempt to keep her mind off her approaching court date.

Lohan is due back in court tomorrow morning regarding her probation violation. A hearing date will be set and it is entirely possible that Lindsay could be hauled off to the clink until the hearing date, which could be up to a month from now. It all depends on the judge and if he thinks enough is enough when it comes to Lindsay breaking the rules.

This is the second time Lindsay has violated her probation. The first time the judge allowed her to be out on bail until her probation violation hearing. This time we’re not so sure the judge will be as lenient.
