Lindsay Lohan in jail again, this time until October
Lindsay Lohan was NOT granted bail today and was taken into custody after failing TWO drug tests.
Lindsay, who arrived at court this morning regarding the failed drug tests, probably expected the judge to set bail, like last time she violated her probation. But this time the judge wasn’t fooling around. He obviously decided that Lindsay Lohan is NOT taking the court seriously and that there are repercussions for that.
Lindsay Lohan might possibly be in jail until October 22nd, when her probation violation hearing is set to take place. That would make this jail stint the longest yet!
Upon learning she was headed back to jail we hear Lindsay was shocked and looked to her lawyer before being handcuffed and taken away.
UPDATE: Of course. Lindsay Lohan was released from jail late Friday night. Apparently in California if you are charged with a misdemeanor you can always bail out. Go figure.
I bet she looked at her lawyer the exact same way as she did before jail last time (above pic)…ha! Wake up Lindsay…the entitlement ends here…
Let me guess, Sam Ronson and cronies will visit her and say she’s doing better and it’s wrong to keep her in jail. Always the victim, never responsible for anything…

If she wasn’t famous she’d have been banged up ages ago, what makes her entitled to any special rights? If she doesn’t get her shit together this time then she’s even stupider than she appears. She’s just about still relevant so should take the time to turn her life around while people still give a crap what she does.
