Cy Waits Hit and Run?

A photographer is claiming she was hit by Cy Waits last night outside Boa Steakhouse in West Hollywood.

Waits, who had been dining with girlfriend Paris Hilton, was leaving the establishment when his Bentley was surrounded by paparazzi. You know how those pesky paps can be, practically laying on the hood of cars to get photos of it’s occupants. Well, Cy punched it and allegedly ended up hitting one of the female photographers. She, of course, pitched a total fit, had paramedics come to the scene, called the cops for hit & run, etc. This is what these morons do. They get in front of cars and refuse to move until they get their picture, then they cry like bitches when they get hit!

Now, I am certainly not a fan of Paris Hilton or her boyfriend Cy Waits, BUT the paparazzi and their shady little ways disgust me. Watch the video of the incident HERE. In the video Cy Waits honks his horn, a warning to move your ass out of the way, right? But they don’t and when he accelerates one chick (Chastity Bono LIVES!) falls to the ground. Unfortunately we can’t see in the video if she really was hit. But whatever, that’s what you get for standing in front of a tire of a running vehicle. Moron.

So Cy Waits sits there a minute, probably wondering WTF to do, and he ends up leaving. Moron x2. He takes Paris (and the cocaine, heh)  somewhere and comes back to the scene. Of course he claims he had no idea he hit her, but the video shows otherwise.

Some reports say that Cy Waits was cited for hit & run, but Cy himself is saying that it is not true. Instead, he says, the photographer placed a citizen’s arrest on him and the police obliged.

Regardless, all parties involved are idiots. The end.
