BROOKLYN BORN TONY CURTIS DIED YESTERDAY AND I WILL MISS HIM — THE MAN AND THE MOVIE STAR — AND THE RENAISSANCE MAN. HE WAS A DRAMATIC ACTOR, A COMEDY STAR, AND A RENOWNED PAINTER. HE WAS A HUSBAND MANY TIMES OVER, A FATHER AND APPEARED IN OVER 100 MOVIES. I GREW UP WATCHING HIS MOVIES AND HIS PASSING SADDENS ME AS WELL AS THE REST OF THE WORLD. HE WILL BE MISSED. AS MY FATHER ONCE SAID, “AS LONG AS LOVE REMEMBERS, I WILL ALWAYS BE NEAR.” HOW TRUE, TONY.
