Lisa Rinna’s lips are no longer the monstrous oddities that they have been for years.

Rinna finally decided to get her lips back to normal after having them injected with silicone more than 20 years ago.

We have seen Lisa Rinna’s lips before surgery, and now we finally have some good photos of Lisa after corrective surgery.

The lumps and bumps in her upper lip are gone and now they definitely look much better, and certainly more natural.

It’s kind of weird looking at her now and not seeing that massive lip staring back at you, heh.

    Lisa has always been pretty….and her lips where a bit overwhelming…she loves beautiful!!! Way to go Lisa! Too bad we all can’t have a little plastic surgery….=)

    What a major upgrade. Her big lips looked horrible, now though much larger than her normal lips were, she’s a really beauty again. No freakish lips, Yeah!
