Thank God the Chilean Miners are being rescued safely! I’ve been watching the rescue live as it is happening, and as I write this two Chilean miners have been rescued from the tube which is carrying them up from the depths of the earth.

The second Chilean miner, Mario Sepulveda, gave rocks as gifts to the President, his boss and various rescue workers. The crowd celebrated and hugged him. He was all smiles.

Such a wonderful story! Hoping that the rest of the Chilean miners will be rescued safely.

9:46 pm PST: 31 Chilean miners are left to be rescued plus 3 Chilean rescue workers. The remaining Chilean miners are seen in boxers and hardhats, they cheer as the tube enters the mine.

9:50 pm PST: The 3rd Chilean miner has been sent up in the rescue tube.

10:10 pm PST: 3rd Chilean miner has been rescued.

10:30 pm PST: New live stream added.

10:52 pm PST: Carlos Solis, Chilean miner #4 heads up the rescue tube. (Desperate Housewives! Heh..)

11:08 pm PST: 4th miner rescued safely.

That’s it for my updates tonight, must sleep. I wish them all a safe rescue!

11:51 am PST: Chilean miner #20 coming up the tube. I believe Yonni Barrios, the cheating miner is up next.

Approx. 12:25 PST: Yonni Barrios is rescued, his mistress waiting for him. They kiss and hug and she cries. (More info on Yonni here)

12:53 PST: The 22nd Chilean miner is sent up the rescue tube.

2:55 pm PST: The tube is on the way for the 27th Chilean miner…

Approx. 6pm PST: The last of the Chilean miners is pulled from the mine safely!

Approx. 8:30 PM PST: The last of the rescue workers has been rescued!
