Christina Aguilera divorce
She did it, folks. Christina Aguilera filed for divorce this morning.
So much for trial separation, right?
TMZ is reporting that Christina Aguilera filed for divorce at a Los Angeles courthouse this morning (10/14). She lists the date of separation as September 11, 2010. There is a prenuptial agreement in place which states that if the couple divorce all properties acquired by Aguilera before, during and after separation are basically hers. The prenuptial agreement also prohibits Jordan Bratman from getting any spousal support.
In the divorce Christina Aguilera is seeking joint custody of her 2-year old son, Max.
As rumor has it, Christina cheated on Jordan. We’re not sure with who just yet, but I have a guess…Burlesque co-star maybe?? Aguilera’s camp is refusing to comment.
