Amber and Angela Cope, NASCAR twins

Amber and Angela Cope are NASCAR’s new young, blonde and beautiful twins, ready to compete in the NASCAR Truck Series this weekend.

Amber and Angela Cope, 27, are the nieces of 1990 Daytona 500 Winner Derrike Cope and will be competing in Saturday’s Camping World Truck Series race in Martinsville.

The women are already causing a stir, not only because they are attractive young women, but because they are damn good at racing. Amber and Angela Cope began racing go-karts at the age of nine and by 15 were racing late model race cars. Impressive.

On Saturday’s race Angela will be racing the #1 car and Amber will be in the #6 car. Amber and Angela Cope are the first twins to ever compete in the same NASCAR event.

Amber and Angela recently spoke about each other’s racing styles. Said Amber: “I think I would be more of the patient one. I kind of wait for things and wait for the right moment, and I think Angela is the opposite of that.”

Angela agreed: “Racing-wise, I don’t wait for things to happen like Amber does. If there’s a spot, I’m going to go for it, whether it’s good or bad, whereas Amber tends to hold back a little more and is more patient. I’m the one that likes to get it all done on the first lap. I don’t know if that’s a good thing or bad.”

Best of luck to you, ladies!
