Steven Tyler strikes back at Kid Rock
Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler has hit back at Kid Rock for saying Tyler’s being a judge on American Idol is the “stupidest thing he’s ever done in his life.”
To quote Kid Rock exactly:
“I think it’s the stupidest thing he’s ever done in his life. He’s a sacred American institution of rock and roll, and he just threw it all out the window. Just stomped on it and set it on fire. I think whoever’s advising him… we should bring back the guillotine, or whatever they call that thing. And if it was himself, he needs some serious counselling. I love him to death, but I gotta speak the truth.”
Steven Tyler has responded to Kid Rock, and unlike Kid (Bob Ritchie) Steven took the high road. ”He’s just jealous. And he’s working his new record, so God bless him.”
Great response. A class act, Mr. Tyler is. Maybe Kid Rock should take some pointers from a REAL rock superstar. Rule #1, don’t ever start a war with a rock star who is ten, no, one hundred times the star you’ll ever be. Just sayin’, buddy!
