Nicole Richie vs. paparazzi
Nicole Richie is sick and tired of the paparazzi frightening her daughter, Harlow, and she is doing something about it.
After 2-years of the paparazzi chasing after Nicole to get photos of little Harlow, Nicole has had enough. It’s reportedly gotten so bad that certain photographers are literally stalking the child at preschool. One cameraman, Fabricio Luis Mariotto, is Nicole’s main concern, and she is seeking a permanent restraining order against him. She has already been granted a temporary restraining order against Mr. Mariotto.
Nicole will appear in court today to testify that Mariotto is scaring Harlow so bad that it is taking an emotional toll on her child.
Nicole Richie will testify alone, without her husband or children. But with her will be ammo: photographs she took herself, of Fabricio Luis Mariotto, stalking Harlow while at preschool.
Good luck Nicole, but I have a feeling you won’t need it!
