Heidi Montag seemed to think that her plastic surgery would be scar free and now she is blaming her dead doctor – who cannot defend himself – saying she was misinformed.

Heidi Montag complains about her plastic surgery scars to Life & Style magazine: “Parts of my body definitely look worse than they did presurgery. This is not what I signed up for.”

Did she not know that plastic surgery involves CUTTING? Gawd, I cannot stand this attention whore. I am not buying this ‘poor me’ act either. Everything out of Heidi Montag’s mouth is for attention. Publicity stunt after publicity stunt. She’s the modern day boy who cried wolf. If she ever does tell the truth – about ANYTHING – no one will believe her.

So poor Heidi. She’s been left with huge boobs that have scarring around the nipples, a stretch mark on her chest (Ok, that I want to see!) a scar on her chin from her chin reduction, small bald spots on her head from a brow lift, scars behind her ears from having the pinned back, scar on her back from having it “scraped” (that still just sounds so gnarly!) Tara Reid liposuction, and a “bright red mark inside her nostril.” Seriously? Boy I bet that last one is really damaging to your career, Heidi.

Anyhow, Heidi Montag is claiming to be deeply affected by her surgery scars and compares herself to Edward Scissorhands – and a car crash victim.

“The big dark mark from my chin reduction is probably the most noticeable. But the absolute worst is on my breasts, and the scariest is below my butt cheek.People have fewer scars from car accidents than I have on my body. I would love to not be ‘plastic girl’ or whatever they call me. Surgery ruined my career and my personal life and just brought a lot of negativity into my world. I wish I could jump into a time machine and take it all back. Instead, I’m always going to feel like Edward Scissorhands.”

That’s an insult to Edward Scissorhands! But that’s Heidi Montag for you. The perpetual victim. Think she would be saying this is her doctor were still alive?

    This being, I’m sorry, but she’s too selfish and absorbed to call her a person, is a disgrace!!! The man is dead for crying out loud and she has the audacity to complain about scars of her surgery. I did not see the guy twisting her arm to do all those ridiculous operations. And to see something about her scars and the scars you would get from a car accident, urgh!! Disgusting. Watch out Heidy, karma can be a real, mean b*tch!
