Vivica A. Fox and her boyfriend, club promoter Omar “Slim” White, became engaged over the holidays.

The New York Post is reporting that Omar “Slim” White proposed to Vivica A. Fox on December 26th with a whopping 8-carat diamond ring. She accepted. The couple were vacationing in South Beach.

Fox and White have been dating for one year.

Vivica A. Fox, 46, and Omar “Slim” White, 27, spent New Years Eve celebrating not only the holiday, but their engagement, with Dwyane Wade, Gabrielle Union and Sanaa Lathan.

This will be Vivica’s second marriage. She married Christopher Harvest in 1998 and in 2002 the couple divorced. Vivica has also been linked to 50 Cent in the past.
