Jaime Pressly DUI (Mugshot coming shortly!)
My Name is Earl actress Jaime Pressly was arrested for DUI Wednesday night after being pulled over for a traffic violation.
Jaime Pressly, 33, was pulled over at approximately 11:00pm Wednesday night and after she was stopped the officer noticed she had been drinking. After performing, and obviously failing, a field sobriety test, Jaime Pressly was arrested for DUI.
Pressly was taken to a Santa Monica jail where her bail was posted at a whopping $15,000. Normal bail for a DUI is $5,000, so Jaime did more than just get a normal DUI. TMZ is reporting that Jaime had no children in the car and there were no drugs found – so neither of those scenarios is why her bail was set so high. Their guess is that her blew nearly double the legal limit. Anything above a .15 reading garners you much more severe punishment.
I am just waiting for her mugshot to be available, and when it is I will post it. I am pretty curious to see this one. Jaime is normally so cute….I have a feeling her mugshot won’t be!
Celebrities will just never learn, will they? Take a cab, hire a driver, get a room. Pretty easy stuff here…
UPDATE: Jaime Pressly’s MUGSHOT is IN! And it’s not as bad as I expected, but I am seeing evidence of lip plumping!
