Zsa Zsa Gabor: Life or Death
Zsa Zsa Gabor’s husband, Prince Frederic von Anhalt, is in a tough spot regarding his wife.
As you know, Zsa Zsa has been very, very ill after a blood clot in her leg spread and became extremely infected – to the point of gangrene.
As I reported earlier in the week, doctors initially told Zsa Zsa Gabor that they were going to have to partially amputate her leg but then decided they might try to put her on strong antibiotics instead to save it. Now doctors have told Zsa Zsa and Prince Frederic von Anhalt that the antibiotics may destroy her 93-year old kidneys.
On the other hand, doctors can try to operate on her leg, removing part of it, but Zsa Zsa would only have a 50% chance of living through the surgery due to her age and condition.
Now Prince Frederic von Anhalt is forced to make a decision that could be a difference of life and death. To operate – or to medicate. He will be making the decision Friday morning.
UPDATE: The decision has been made and Zsa Zsa Gabor will be operated on. Keep her in you thoughts as it is an extremely risky procedure.
