A.J. McLean rehab: Backstreet Boy back in rehab.
He has long struggled with drug and alcohol abuse and it seems A.J. McLean of the Backstreet Boys has landed himself back in rehab.
Although A.J. McLean has participated in rehab programs in the past (’01 and ’02) he has yet to conquer his substance abuse problems. In particular, cocaine and alcohol.
A.J. McLean, who celebrated his 33rd birthday Sunday, is expected to tour with the Backstreet Boys, but his substance abuse problems have been severely disrupting the band’s reunion.
The Backstreet Boys and New Kids on the Block are touring together in one of the biggest boy band reunions of all-time. Touring starts in June.
Hopefully A.J. McLean’s rehab stint will help him out. The guys aren’t getting any younger and the reunion tour is counting on each and every member to be in tip-top form. There may not be another tour of it’s kind in A.J. McLean’s future. It’s now or never, A.J. We hope you can pull it together.
