Lynsie Murley Wins TSA Lawsuit Over Exposed Breasts [PHOTO]

Lynsie Murley wins a lawsuit against TSA after her breasts were exposed.

Lynsie Murley, a 24-year-old from Amarillo, Texas, won a recent lawsuit filed against the TSA after her breasts were exposed during a pat down.

The TSA incident involving Lynsie Murley took place in May 2008. She filed the lawsuit last year and just recently won. As for the amount she was awarded, Lynsie Murley’s attorney Jerry McLaughlin says it was a “nominal” amount. He says of the TSA pat down lawsuit: ”This was never a case about money. It was about trying to get them to admit they acted improperly.”

According to Lynsie Murley, TSA agents pulled her blouse down during a routine pat down at Corpus Christi airport, completely exposing her breasts. Everyone within the proximity of her was able to see her exposed breasts. But Lynsie Murley wasn’t only humiliated she was devastated when ”TSA employees in the area continued to joke and laugh about the incident for an extended period of time.”

Poor girl! I am not one for lawsuits, in fact I’d say 90% of them are completely frivolous, but in this case, Lynsie Murley is entitled to every red cent! I would have probably gotten arrested after the fit I would have thrown. Boobs swinging and all, heh.
