SURVIVOR: REDEMPTION ISLAND CAST [CAST PHOTOS]

Survivor: Redemption Island Cast Members Revealed – Photos!

Survivor: Redemption Island cast members have been revealed and the new cast includes two of your favorite - or most hated -  Survivor players!

Returning to Survivor this season on the Redemption Island cast are Russell Hantz and Boston Rob.

CBS has released a statement on the returning Survivor cast members, Russell Hantz and Boston Rob: “Having never been awarded the title of Sole Survivor, Hantz and Mariano return to compete for the $1 million prize and one last shot at redemption. They will each join a separate tribe of all new castaways at the start of the game, but it is the tribe who will ultimately decide if they will welcome the knowledge of an experienced veteran, or view these former castaways as a threat.”

For the first time in Survivor history, Survivor: Redemption Island cast members will get the opportunity to compete for a second chance after being voted out. Once cast mates are voted off Survivor, they will go to Redemption Island and await another voted off cast member and the two will duke it out to decide who will return to Survivor.

Now let’s meet the new Survivor: Redemption Island cast!

Left: Andrea Boelke, 21, from Wisconsin. An avid hunter, Andrea says: ”I’ve been hunting and camping my whole life. I’ve shot seven deer and I’ve also hunted turkeys and lot of different kind of fowl.”

Middle: Mike Chisel (ya think?!), 31, from Del Mar, CA. An ex-soldier in Iraq, Mike says his least favorite Survivor cast member was Russell Hantz. ”The dude was very watchable, however he just needed to go. I don’t know why those tribes kept him in the game.”

Right: Krista Klump, 25, of Fairhope, AL. Krista is a pharmaceutical sales rep. The thing she is most excited about being on the Survivor: Redemption Island cast? ”I’m actually really excited about not having to wash my hair.”

Left: Matthew Elrod, 22, of Nashville, TN. (The new “Fabio?) Matthew says he gets why he’ll be compared to last season’s Survivor winner, but he says he will be a force to be reckoned with on Survivor: Redemption Island. “They might see the long blond hair and just say ‘Oh, he’s just a surfer guy and doesn’t really have a thought going through that head of his,’ but in reality I’m measuring everybody up and I’m gonna know what’s going on.”

Middle: Francesca Hogi, 35, lawyer, Washington D.C. Fransesca is dead set on winning Survivor: Redemption Island and says she has an advantage. “I didn’t leave my family and my friends and indoor plumbing and meals at regular intervals to come and live on the beach and hope for the best. I’m here to win.”

Right: Steve Wright, 51, former NFL player from Huntington Beach, CA. Steve’s least favorite cast member? The obvious, Russell Hantz. ”Russell was a little idiot. I would have voted him out. I would have done everything I could to get that punk out of there early.”

Left: Stephanie Valencia, 26, Long Beach, CA, server. Stephanie says her small stature can be an asset on Survivor: Redemption Island. ”I am scrappy. A lot scrappier than people think I am. I’m really good at looking cute, but I’m better at kicking ass when I have to.”

Middle: Grant Mattos, 29, Weho, Ca., former NFL player/trainer. Grant says his mind is set on winning Survivor: Redemption Island. ”I’m willing to do whatever it takes to get to the end. And it’s been visualized in my mind. I just need to go ahead and execute that now.”

Right: Kristina Kell, 46, law student, Los Angeles. Kristina says she knows to expect to be miserable but she won’t let that deter her from winning Survivor: Redemption Island: ”I’m going to knock every person out one by one until I’m the only one left. I will do everything in my power. I will say anything, do anything, go anywhere. I will faint and throw up before I give up. I have to win. This is it.”

Left: David Murphy, 31, Los Angeles, criminal defense attorney. David believes he can outsmart anyone on Survivor: Redemption Island due to his professional background.”I have a strategic advantage on the rest of the contestants based on my professional experience and based on my background. I have experience dealing with a variety of people in a variety of stressful situations and I think that gives me a big advantage.’

Middle: Ashley Underwood, 26, model, Benton, ME. Former Miss USA pageant queen, Ashley says her past experience in pageants gives her the upper hand on Survivor: Redemption Island. ”Pageant girls are very strategic and very charismatic and I think you have to be likable in this game.”

Right: Sarita White, 36, visual effects producer, L.A. What is Sarita game plan for Survivor: Redemption Island? “To play it differently than it’s ever been played before — just truly from the heart.”

Left: Phillip Sheppard, 52, CEO, Santa Monica. What is Phillip most worried about being a Survivor: Redemption Island cast member? “Well, to be candid about it, defecating in an environment where other people could potentially see you or there might be a camera catching you — that’s not too exciting.”

Middle: Natalie Tenerelli, 19, dancer, Acton, CA. Who does Natalie see herself forming an alliance with on Survivor: Redemption Island? ”I definitely want to align with a girl — a younger girl. Because I feel like if I’m not in an alliance with another girl that they will be jealous of me if say, I’m with two or three other guys.”

Right: Ralph Kiser, 45, farmer, Lebanon, PA. Ralph is a fun-loving man who isn’t one for making enemies. “I love everybody. I don’t hate nobody. But they got to be losers, ’cause I got to be the winner.”

Julie Wolfe, 50, fire dept. engineer, Oceanside, CA. Julie says she HAS to win Survivior: Redemption Island in order to care for her two children after going through a nasty divorce. “The divorce was ugly. I’m paying child support. I’m paying alimony and I have two girls 100 percent of the time and my house is in foreclosure.”
