Steven Tyler admits to snorting Lunesta: Letterman Video
Steven Tyler opened up about his drug use on Letterman Monday night, admitting that he was snorting Lunesta before his 2009 fall off stage in South Dakota.
Dave pursued the conversation: “Did the band come to your aid when you took a ‘header’ then, or not?”
Steven Tyler: “Uh, yes and no. But you know, when you fall make it part of your dance. You know, it’s not any news here about my drug use and addictons in the past…”
He then tells Dave of the high quality cocaine he used to do thirty years ago then moves on to his most recent drug problems. “I was doing Lunesta because I had some problems with my feet . . . snorting that, I fell off the stage.”
“That shows you what sort of a drug addict I was . . . only the finest for me.” He goes on to say that performing with the band is the biggest rush he’s ever had and should be all he needs.”Therefore I have to chase other things? Not anymore.”
Oh geez! Snorting Lunesta?? What have we come to?
