Judson Birza of Survivor arrested for being under the influence
The winner of Survivor Nicaragua, Judson Birza, was arrested Wednesday when police noticed Judson, a.k.a. “Fabio,” acting weird.
Not many details are being given at the moment, but we do know Judson Birza was arrested in Santa Monica at approximately noon for being under the influence “of a controlled substance.” He was not driving when the incident occurred.
Judson Birza was booked and jailed. But it didn’t end there. Police learned that Judson had an unrelated DUI warrant and for probation violation. He’s currently sitting in jail, his bail set at $37,000.
It’s surfer dude “Fabio,” it would be a pretty safe guess to say that he was stoned out of his gourd. The guy looks/acts baked when he is sober. I can’t imagine him ripped…
