Charlie Sheen refusing rehab, locked in his home?

RadarOnline.com is reporting that Charlie Sheen has NOT entered rehab as previously reported, but instead is holed up in his home, refusing treatment.

Those close to Charlie are trying to convince the Two and a Half Men star to enter rehab, but Charlie is not having it. He insists he doesn’t have a problem, and even told RADAR via text last week that he is not the trainwreck the gossip rags are making him out to be.

“I’m fine. People don’t seem to get it…. Guy can’t have a great time and do his job also?” he told RADAR.

Sheen’s publicist Mark Burg announced to media that his client had entered rehab this weekend, but we’re learning it was all a PR stunt.

Burg said: “He was bombarded by every rehab in the country looking for his wallet and publicity and he has been deciding where to go. With the help of friends and family, he finally agreed to go and went into rehab on Saturday.”

But he hadn’t.

A friend of Charlie’s says it’s now or never. “This is intervention time. Charlie doesn’t think he needs help, he is still up until all hours of the night and is refusing to get it at an outside facility, all while those close to him,  including his dad Martin, family, friends and his employers CBS – work to convince him he needs to enter a facility.”

Sheen has allegedly spent more than a half a million dollars on escorts and drugs in the past six months. Numerous witnesses (mostly porn stars and escorts) have confirmed that Charlie Sheen likes to snort or smoke tons of cocaine, sometimes with meth, and enjoys Ecstasy as well.

Not sure what else to say about this except Charlie needs extreme rehab. A year or more. Seriously. I don’t see a few weeks or even months doing any good for him. He needs long term help – and he has to want it.
