Lindsay Lohan to be charged with ‘felony grand theft’

Whether she stole the damn necklace or not, Lindsay Lohan will be charged with felony grand theft as soon as Monday.

Girlfriend just can NOT stay out of trouble!

She’s only lived in the neighborhood a month or so, but already Lindsay Lohan is bringing her bad JuJu to Venice Beach.

A local boutique is accusing Lindsay of stealing a necklace worth $2,500. A necklace Lindsay was spotted wearing a week later in tabloid photos. There is a surveillance film from that day, but no word on if Lindsay is seen actually stealing the necklace in it.

Lindsay Lohan is pretending she has no idea what the fuss is all about and insists she had the necklace on loan. She is essentially blaming the incident on her assistants saying they did not return the jewelry on time, but we all know she likes to steal! I’m not going to beat a dead horse, but it’s no secret that Lindsay has sticky fingers…

So where does the drama that is Lindsay Lohan’s life go from here? Probably to jail if she is convicted. Up to three years. She’s already on probation, so that’s doesn’t exactly help her out either.
