Lindsay Lohan Bail $40,000, Probation Revoked

Lindsay Lohan returns to court February 9, 2011

Lindsay Lohan returned to court Wednesday, answering charges of felony grand theft after allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice Beach boutique.

The judge told Lindsay she had better stay 100% out of trouble or “things are going to be different.” He set Lindsay’s bail at $20,000 for the felony charge and another $20,000 for her probation violation.

Her next court date is February 23rd for her probation violation hearing.

“You’re in a different situation now that a felony has been filed against you,” Judge Schwartz said.

“If you violate the law, I will remand you and set no bail. . . . A felony is a different situation and you’re not entitled to bail . . . You need to follow the laws just like everybody else. Please, don’t push your luck. I’m telling you, things will be different.”

Lindsay was also asked by the courts not to contact the victims, owners of the boutique, in any way, shape or form. (You can hear Lindsay snicker when this is said.)

So for now, Lindsay MUST keep her act together, something she hasn’t been real good about doing in the past. Or present. She might be laughing now, but let’s see how this pans out before we get too giddy, Linds.

Ahahahaha! Meg, that’s exactly what I was thinking! That top lip is like one of those rubber duck beak masks that kids get at parties. What the hell happened to her?

Spicy, I’m two steps away from unleashing an exile decree. I was rooting for her when she got out of rehab, but this latest episode kills off any trust. I don’t know if this steamcooker is gonna stay quiet much longer…
