Lindsay Lohan Felony Charges on Wednesday



Lindsay Lohan is expected to be charged with felony grand theft Wednesday morning for allegedly stealing a necklace from an L.A. boutique.

The stolen necklace is said to be a one-of-a-kind and worth $2,500.

Despite Lindsay’s camp saying that the necklace was merely “borrowed,” the charges are still in order.

Lindsay Lohan is expected to arrive at court at 1:30pm to answer the charges. The buzz is that she is going to plead not guilty. If convicted Ms. Lohan faces up to three years in prison.

Lindsay is also expected in court on February 25th to see if she has violated her parole.
