Boy George arrives at the ELLE Style Awards 2011 in London, England
Oh, I love me some Boy George.
Being a child of the 80′s I can remember all the way back when he was first coming on the scene. He’s outlandish, eccentric, colorful and oh, so much fun to watch.
Boy George is working on a comeback, reforming Culture Club thirty years after their first release.
He told The Observer what it’s like to be creating music thirty years later. “Well, I never thought I’d be doing records a year after I started. I had no idea it would last as long as it did. We just wanted to be heard and we felt like we had something to say, but certainly, the mechanics of the music business were irrelevant to us. If you’re a creative person, you’re driven by that and you don’t think about the obstacles.”
