Lady Gaga made an awesome appearance on The Tonight Show for Valentine’s Day, one day after the Grammy Awards.

Speaking with Jay Leno, Lady Gaga showed up to the Tonight Show in a black, layered, flowing sheer gown and matching scarf on her head. She also wore a bandit-like mask.

Lady Gaga was hilarious on The Tonight Show. She is so approachable, funny, and witty. I could honestly listen to her for hours. She’d definitely be fun to have a few drinks with.

Jay Leno and Lady Gaga talked about the egg she arrived to the Grammy Awards in, and explained that it is a “vessel,” the designer apparently wants everyone to know. Gaga says she spent three days in it prior to the awards show. As for Grammy night, Gaga says she doesn’t remember much of it, but she knows it was fun! Ha! She brought her awards to The Tonight Show and shared them with Jay Leno, sticking M&M’s inside of them. “It’s Valentine’s Day!” she says, but you half expect her to say “Halloween” with the way she is dressed.

Jay shows Lady Gaga her most recent Vogue magazine cover, which she says she hasn’t seen “in real life.” She also talks about her upcoming album ‘Born This Way’. She says of the song’s meaning, “It’s about being able to know when you were born, you weren’t just born in that moment, you have a lifetime to realize the person you are going to become.” Lady Gaga also talks about the Madonna controversy and explains that she has heard from Madonna, and all is well.

On the Tonight Show Lady Gaga also announced that she and HBO have teamed up to tape a special for the Network about The Monster Ball.

A great interview with a fascinating Gaga. Did you not love it? The only thing that could have made it better was if someone else were interviewing her, like David Letterman, Conan – or Jimmy Kimmel.
