Rumor Willis out and about at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York City, NY on Tuesday.

You know, I like Rumer. I’ve said his before, but Rue gets such a hard time from a lot of bloggers, and I don’t get why. She’s not scandalous, bitchy or typical Hollywood brat. I will say though, I’m not too sure about her fashion choice here!
