Lady Gaga greets her fans following her appearance on the ABC Good Morning America show in Times Square Thursday.

Along with Gaga’s new forehead horns, she wore a “latex-condom-inspired” outfit to promote AIDS awareness.

I’d say that the latex condom outfit looks like it was heavily inspired by the Flying Nun:
