Mike Starr Arrested for Drugs [MUGSHOT]

If you watch Celebrity Rehab or are an Alice in Chains fan, then you know Mike Starr.

If you know of Mike Starr then you know he is a recovering addict who got clean, and has fought to stay clean, but it looks like he has fallen off the wagon. How hard? We aren’t sure. Obviously hard enough to get arrested for drug possession in Salt Lake City.

The type of drug Mike Starr was busted with has not been released, but being as it was a felonious crime, I’m guessing it was a Class-A, something like cocaine or heroin.

Bummer. I really like Mike and was hoping he had gotten his life back together. He recently appeared on the last season of Celebrity Rehab, giving advice and inspiration to Janice Dickinson, Eric Roberts, Jeremy London and others.

Mike Starr is still in jail with a $20,000 bond.

    I’m so disappointed in him. He looked really good on the reunion show and when Layne’s mother talked with him on one of those episodes you could tell in her eyes that she thought of him as one of her own children.
