Paris Hilton and boyfriend Cy Waits – are they engaged?

Paris Hilton and Cy Waits were spotted this weekend shopping for engagement rings.

So, does this mean they are engaged?

Last week on her birthday, Paris Hilton told Ryan Seacrest that she was sure Cy was going to propose, adding, “We love each other very much. We’ll see what happens.”

We’re still not sure if it is official, but knowing Paris, if it were, she would be blabbing about it on Twitter. The couple does seem to be headed in that direction though. On Friday Paris and Cy shopped for engagement rings at a jeweler.  A source dishes: ”They shopped for engagement rings. They were really cute together. Paris was making comments about the rings, and joking that her ring has to be at least 24-carats.”

Paris Hilton and Cy Waits have been together about 6-months.

Can you imagine how over-the-top a Paris Hilton wedding would be? Egad. And let’s not even think about she and Cy procreating! Ack!
