Charlie Sheen rant cost him his job
Charlie Sheen ranted about Two and a Half Men creator Chuck Lorre on the radio Friday, a rant which ultimately cost him his job and ended the hit television series Two and a Half Men.
Charlie Sheen’s rant attack on Chuck Lorre:
“There’s something this side of deplorable that a certain Chaim Levine – yeah, that’s Chuck’s real name – mistook this rock star for his own selfish exit strategy, bro. Check it, Alex: I embarrassed him in front of his children and the world by healing at a pace that this un-evolved mind cannot process. Last I checked, Chaim, I spent close to the last decade effortlessly and magically converting your tin cans into pure gold. And the gratitude I get is this charlatan chose not to do his job, which is to write.”

During the very bizarre interview Charlie Sheen also took the time to rant about a myriad of other bizarre topics. In one instance he spoke about the women he likes to party with. Let’s just say he wasn’t exactly complimentary.
“If I bring up these turds, these, losers, there’s no reason to then bring them back into the fold because I have real fame, they have nothing. They have zero. They have that night. And I will forget about them as the last image of them exits my beautiful home. And they will get out there and they will sell me and they will lose. Bring me a frickin’ challenge. It just ain’t there.”
Perhaps one of the weirdest moments of the Charlie Sheen rant was when he spoke about Alcoholics Anonymous and how he has been miraculously cured of his disease – with magic.
“I have a disease? Bullsh*t. I cured it, with my mind. It’s all good guys. I can’t use the word sober because that’s a term from those people, and I have cleansed myself. I have closed my eyes and in a nanosecond I cured myself from this ridiculous. It’s just the work of sissies. The only thing I’m addicted to right now is winning. You know? This bootleg cult arrogantly referred to as AA now supports a 5 percent success rate. My success rate is 100 percent. Do the math! One of their stupid mottos is ‘Don’t be special, be one of us.’ Newsflash: I am special and I will never be one of you. ‘Oh, we have to all sit in here and touch ourselves and frown.’ Well, you don’t look like you’re having a lot of fun. I’m going to hang out with these two smokin’ hotties and fly privately around the world. It might be lonely up here but I sure like the view.”
Wow. Narcissistic much? He’s completely delusional and half the time doesn’t make sense. Sure Charlie, you have a crazy nice mansion, women, money, and fame, but your brain is mush.
Once CBS caught wind of the Charlie Sheen rant they immediately put the kabotch on Two and a Half Men, causing Charlie Sheen to lose a job as well as many other people. Since then Charlie has said he is going to pen a tell-all and his asking price will be $10 million.
Both fans and celebrities took to Twitter to express their thoughts on the Charlie Sheen rant. One of the funnier comments was from Sarah Silverman who Tweeted: “If I hung out w 20 year old porn stars all the time time I’d think I was a genius too.” Piers Morgan defended Charlie Sheen and his rant, saying: “Is it just me that thinks Charlie Sheen be allowed to behave how the hell he likes in his own time?”

I’m so shocked at Charlies’ comments and his attitude. I don’t think he’s as clean or will stay clean as he thinks he is or will stay. He seems to have some mental issues and I really without malice thinks he needs some kind of help. I would be curious as to what his family thinks. It’s truly a shame. He is a good actor, not a great actor and to believe he needs more money is shocking. I’ve always enjoyed him but I’m afraid I will not be watching anymore of his shows until I see a great change in attitude. I feel sorry for everyone associated with this show and I deeply feel for them as they are a great asset to the show.
I think John Stamos is too nice of a guy to play a cad-like character a la Charlie. Get Corey Feldman–he and Charlie Sheen are similar in personality! Corey Feldman would make a great cousin or long-lost brother character!
