Brooke Mueller gets a restraining order against Charlie Sheen

Brooke Mueller says she was threatened by her ex-husband Charlie Sheen and she filed a restraining order against him so he will keep his distance.

The restraining order requires Charlie Sheen stay 100 yards away from Brooke Mueller at all times and that he not contact her in any way. Charlie told TMZ: “Great. I was already planning on staying 100 parsecs away from her.” (Parsec = 3.26 light years in Star Wars gibberish.)

Brooke also went to the police to try and regain custody of the couple’s children Tuesday, but per their custody agreement it’s Charlie’s day, so nothing could be done. Tell me you wouldn’t be freaking out if your babies were in his care.

What a freaking roller coaster. And YOU thought your life had drama? Cripes!

UPDATE:

A judge has revoked Charlie Sheen’s custody after he allegedly threatened Brooke Mueller, Se7en style. Brooke says Charlie said, “I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom.”  The children will stay with Brooke’s mom, as Brooke is in “day treatment”. However,she will see the kids for four hours a day. Charlie Sheen’s legal team is expected to fight the custody battle in court tomorrow.

    A parsec is not “Star Wars gibberish.” A parsec is an actual measure of distance used mostly by astronomers. A parsec is equal to 3.26 light-years — more than 19 trillion miles.

    So a parsec is very real and is not “gibberish!”

    Whoa! Where the heck is CPS with all of this?? Those children need to be taken away from these two drug-addled freaks and be put in a caring (sober) relative’s care.
