Lindsay Lohan Surveillance Tape Sold

Kamofie & Co sells the Lindsay Lohan surveillance tape

The jewelry store who claims that Lindsay Lohan stole a necklace worth $2,500 has sold the surveillance tape showing the actress leaving with the necklace.

The move might jeopardize the prosecution’s attempt to try Lindsay for the alleged theft. The jewelry company, Kamofie & Co., made $35,000 on the surveillance tape, selling it to a media broker who then distributed it worldwide. The fact that the store sold the surveillance tape may show that the store’s owners are motivated by money and publicity, and it might hurt their case.

Could this help Lindsay Lohan? I bet she’s crossing her fingers on this one!
