Kirstie Alley has been practicing hard for Dancing with the Stars and has been tweeting about it along the way.
The 60-year-old actress (wow, time flies!) admits that prepping for Dancing with the Stars is tough work, but she’s enjoying the challenge.

Good for her, there’s always so much scrutiny about women’s weight on that show. She’s brave! But hell, she’s also used to it. She’s got thick skin.

Kirsty, ‘you go girl’! I (and thousands more) will be chearing you on. You may not hear us, but, we’re here in your corner. The weight thing should actually drive you on to the finals. I lost almost 55 pounds just dancing ‘my ass off’. Put your whole heart into the music, listen to it and it will guide you. Listen to Maxx with passion, and allow his ‘TOUCH WILL GUIDE YOU’! Allow yourself to just let go; become part of Maxx as he leads you to the finals. The more heart and passion (and physical effort) you put into your mission, the more pride and confidence you will gain. (And don’t forget that God WILL hold you up!) love ya!
