Kat Von D meets a friend for lunch in West Hollywood, California on Wednesday afternoon.

Kat and fiancé Jesse James are still going strong . The couple, who are engaged now, were spotted out and about in Beverly Hills this weekend. They just returned from Mexico where Jesse was preparing to compete in the 2011 Lucas Oil Off Road Series scheduled for March 18-20 at Firebird International Raceway in Arizona.
