• Atlanta, GA – Saturday, 4/9/2011 from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Hard Rock Cafe, 215 Peachtree St. NE, Atlanta GA, 30303
• Scottsdale, AZ – Saturday, 4/16/2011 from Noon – 3 p.m. Firehouse Bar & Grill, 4312 North Brown Avenue, Scottsdale, AZ 85251

This is what you will need to bring to your Big Brother 12 casting audition:

• Completed Big Brother 13 Application, available HERE.
• Photocopies of two acceptable forms of identification.
• Two recent photos.

You must be 21 and a U.S. resident.
