Kelly Ripa’s wax figure in NYC
Kelly Ripa is the latest celebrity to be immortalized in wax – and not so well, really.
Ripa’s wax figure was unveiled Tuesday at Madame Tussaud’s in New York City. But does it look like Kelly Ripa? I think not! Her wax figure looks more like Carrie Underwood. No offense to Kelly, and she looks great, but she doesn’t look as young as her wax partner. Besides the obvious age issue, the wax figure’s head isn’t shaped right, the hair isn’t cut right, the mouth, nose, eyes, jaw….all wrong.
I am no fan of this wax figure. I wonder what Kelly really thinks of it? Can you imagine….getting all psyched up to see yourself in wax, telling everyone about it, then having them unveil the figure and you’re like, “Oh.”
Maybe they’ll get it right next time, Kel. If there is a next time!

KELLY’S HEAD IS VERY LARGE AND WIDE, THE WAX DID NOT CAPTURE THIS. HER BIG HUGE TEETH ARE BUCKED OUT AND THIS ALSO WAS NOT CAPTURED. FRANKLY HER BIG HEAD IS BIGGER THAN HER BODY. WAX LOOKS BETTER.
RIPPAS HEAD IS EXTREMELY LARGE AND HER TEETH APPEAR TO BE BUCKED. WAX FIGURE LOOKS BETTER.
are you stupid? that wax figure looks just like her! it looks nothing like carey underwood. the only difference in the first picture is that it looks like kelly has been to the beach and her wax counterpart is a little pale.
