The youngest of the Willis girls, Tallulah Willis, 17, smokes cigarettes and wanders the Coachella Music Festival in Indio, CA this weekend.

Despite being underage, Tallulah smokes and looks to have a tattoo on her hip. Going barefoot and wearing a bandeau bikini top with cut-off jean shorts, Tallulah roams Coachella with a girlfriend while taking in the warm California sun.
