Charlie Sheen not winning
Charlie Sheen went to court Tuesday to try and win custody of his two sons, Max and Bob, after his ex-wife Brooke Mueller went on a bender last weekend.
Apparently Adonis DNA will get you nowhere in court.
Despite Brooke Mueller’s drug-fueled pawn shop visit last weekend, and refusing to take a drug test, Mueller will keep her primary custody of the two boys.
Witnesses say Brooke looked to be in good spirits at court, but RADAR reports her as being “glassy-eyed” and “uneasy on her feet.”
Media were booted from the courtroom by the judge who explained that there were “questions of abuse” they needed to discuss in private. I wonder by whom? Both parties are equally as crazy, but being as Mueller ended up with custody, I would be guessing those “questions” would be directed at Charlie.
After the courtroom session, Charlie headed to the airport to fly to his next show on his Violent Torpedos of Truth Tour.
Moira Fiore, Brooke Mueller’s mother, has been the one caring for the children, pretty much since birth, and she wants to remain the primary caregiver for them. A source told TMZ that Moira said: “We’ve been with the kids since they were born, and Charlie has only seen the kids a couple of times in the last few months.”
Charlie Sheen’s other ex, Denise Richards, has also offered to take care of the two boys until matters get sorted. It doesn’t look like it will be happening though.
What a complete mess. All that matters is the two babies, and for these two crackheads to be fighting over them is just so sad. I’m glad the media wasn’t allowed in the courtroom, for the children’s sake. I just hope there was no abuse, and if there are false abuse allegations being thrown around, I hope the person throwing them out there gets what they deserve. Abuse is no joke, and false accusations are certainly not the route to go to win your children back.
