Paz de la Huerta from Boardwalk Empire
Even though she is relatively new on the Hollyood scene, Paz de la Huerta is quickly gaining the reputation of a crazy, wild, new Hollywood bad girl.
Paz de la Huerta appeared in court today to answer charges of assault against fellow actress ”City” star Samantha Swetra. Last month Paz and Samantha were both at a party at the Standard Hotel when they got into it – who knows why – but after all was said and done Paz de la Huerta had not only punched Samantha in the face, she also threw a glass at her.
After Paz’s arrest she told police: “I’m a real actress, HBO! She’s a publicity seeker, a fake actress.”
Paz has been charged with five misdemeanors including two counts of 3rd degree assault, 4th degree criminal possession of a weapon, attempted assault, and harassment. Paz has probably been harassing Samantha on Facebook because the judge also granted a restraining order against her and ordered that she not contact Samantha via the social networking site.

Another incident where Paz de la Huerta has been in the gossip rags was back in January after the Golden Globes Awards. Paz got so wasted at the awards show that she was denied entrance to an after-party. She was so drunk that she could barely walk without falling, her speech was extremely impaired, and to top it off, her boob was hanging out of her gown that had been ripped in a fall. She was a mess.
So Paz de la Huerta likes to drink, she loves punk rock music and kicking people’s ass. She’s a little crazy and has a lot of attitude and that’s why I doubt this is the last controversial thing we will see from her.
Bizarre tidbit about Paz: Since birth Paz has had a cystic hygroma growth she has to have removed by surgery every few years. It’s on her right side. I dare you to make fun of her for it – I dare ya!
