Tim Robbins’ mother and father died within a two-week span

Did Tim Robbins mother die of a broken heart? If it is possible, I’d say it were so.

Just 12 days after her husband Gil Robbins died of prostate cancer at the age of 80, Mary Robbins also died, of heart arrhythmia at the age of 79.

The parents of Tim Robbins had been married for 59 years and were both professional musicians in the 1950s and 1960s. Both died at their home in Esteban Cantu, Mexico. It must be devastating to Tim Robbins, who was very close to both his parents. Hopefully he can take comfort in knowing his parents are together, but still. Pretty rough times.
