Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to four months in jail on Friday
Lindsay Lohan was found to be in violation of her probation on Friday, and was sentenced to four months in jail and 480 hours of community service.
The probation violation stems from the jewelry store incident where Lindsay was accused of stealing a necklace worth $2,500.
Lindsay’s friend Nathan Folks tells People magazine: “She is fine. Obviously, she is upset about it. She is angry because she has been working so hard on turning her life around. She didn’t do what they said she did. She didn’t steal that necklace.”
Lindsay served five hours in Lynwood Correctional Facility before being bailed out. She is appealing the court’s decision.
