Taylor Momsen is known for being racy, obnoxious and loud.

She smokes, wears gobs of makeup and her clothing is straight out of a prostitute’s backpack. Sure, she’s only 17, but her mom doesn’t seem to care that her daughter is living extremely fast. Taylor is most likely paying for mom’s leather jackets, designer sunglasses, lavish meals out and hey, she’s getting her picture in the gossip rags. It wouldn’t be worth it to most parents, but apparently to Taylor Momsen’s mom, it is.
