Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver have split
The 38th Governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger, has split from his wife of 25-years, Maria Shriver.
The couple announced the split Monday evening. The Los Angeles Times published the following joint statement from the couple:
“This has been a time of great personal and professional transition for each of us. After a great deal of thought, reflection, discussion and prayer, we came to this decision together. At this time, we are living apart while we work on the future of our relationship.”
Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver were married on April 26, 1985 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Hyannis, Massachusetts. They just celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary last month.
Schwarzenegger and Shriver have four children, Katherine Eunice Shriver Schwarzenegger, 21, Christina Maria Aurelia Schwarzenegger, 19, Patrick Arnold Schwarzenegger, 17, and Christopher Sargent Shriver Schwarzenegger, 13.

The breakup of this long-married Hollywood power couple may come as a surprise to some. It hasn’t just been his flip-flopping between careers in the past few years that’s put a strain on their relationship. He’s also been flip-flopping among several women.
His wife won’t have to grope around too hard to find the dirty details. It’s been common knowledge among his colleagues for years that this dude would pump anything with a vajayjay while he was married… including an actress approximately 20 years his junior and a voluptuous female staff member.

Awe, I liked them. Hopefully they can work it out.
I am surprised they made it this long, with his antics and all. That being said, it is sad to see any marriage, especially one that lasted this long, fall apart.
