Mia Amber Davis, actress known for her role as Rhonda in ‘Road Trip’

Mia Amber Davis, 36, passed away Tuesday after having knee surgery the previous day, her husband Mike confirms.

Tragically, Davis died suddenly and without warning after seeming to have made it through the surgery with no problems. But as she was recovering at home Tuesday, she suddenly became dizzy. She was taken to the hospital where she died shortly after.

Although no cause of death has yet been released, many believe Mia Amber Davis may have died due to a blood clot. The swiftness of her death and the fact that she’d had surgery beforehand being factors.

Whatever the cause of death, Mia’s husband wants answers. “I want to know what happened to my wife,” he told TMZ.
